Part of the Exosens Group, Telops is a world leader in designing and manufacturing of advanced hyperspectral systems for defense, industrial, and academic research applications.
Hyperspectral imaging is a powerful technique that goes beyond traditional cameras by capturing detailed spectral information at every pixel in an image. Instead of recording just red, green, and blue like a regular camera, these systems measure hundreds of spectral channels across a wide range, from short-wave infrared (SWIR) to long-wave infrared (LWIR). This allows users to detect subtle differences in materials, gases, or surfaces that are invisible to the human eye. Telops’ hyperspectral product line includes both ground-based and airborne solutions, all leveraging Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) technology to deliver high spectral resolution.
Depending on the application, these systems range from mono-pixel sensors, ideal for rapid single-point spectral measurements, to advanced imaging hyperspectral systems that combine both high spatial and spectral resolution . The resulting data provides a unique spectral fingerprint for every pixel, making these systems invaluable for scientific research, environmental monitoring, atmospheric sounding, industrial inspection, and defense applications.
