The Cheetah+ CAM version is based on an in-house developed, temperature stabilized InGaAs detector with a 640x 512 pixel resolution. The Cheetah+ 640 CAM offers high frame rates of 1700 Hz. The Cheetah+ CAM version is an ideal choice for high-speed imaging in the SWIR range, offering unique features such as high-speed, high-resolution and exceptional sensitivity in a reliable InGaAs array. These cameras are well-suited for demanding applications like wave front sensing for Free Space Optical communications, hyperspectral imaging and semiconductor manufacturing inspection (including in-line inspection).
