Chamber Detectors

El-Mul manufactures a range of chamber detectors, providing a solution for desk-top SEMs, standard SEMs, FIB/SEM and lithography systems. El-Mul’s chamber detectors include both in-vacuum detection modules and PMT modules.

PMT modules are turn-key, including voltage divider, amplifier and power supply as needed for each system. Chamber detectors can be tailored to customer’s requirements in signal collection efficiency, response time, gain, mechanical design and other properties.
