This article is in German. Below is a translated abstract:
Solar power generation through thin-film solar cells in CIGS (copper-gallium-indium-diselenide) technology provides crucial economic benefits such as lightweight and flexible modules, requiring only minimal energy and material use for their production and provides good energy yield over a wide range even under unfavourable weather conditions. Through the analysis of near infrared electroluminescence with sensitive SWIR cameras using InGaAs technology, solar modules can be thoroughly examined.
