Today, El-Mul part of Exosens, excels in tailor-design of solutions that match our customers’ requirements. Complex detection solutions which incorporate mechanical, optical and electronic components are concieved from square one through to full development, prototyping and serial manufacturing. Our products range from traditional detection modules to state-of-the-art systems.

El-Mul part of Exosens is engaged in technologies which are complementary to its core OEM detector business. Our experience with vacuum systems, high voltage holding and electronics design can be utilized to design and manufacture different OEM sub-systems. Design of test stands for a variety of components is also offered.
We are continuously seeking to use our design and manufacturing capabilities beyond our traditional markets.

Dr. Alexander (Sasha) Kadyshevitch - CEO
Dr. Kadyshevitch brings with him significant experience from the semiconductor, energy management and micro-electronics capital equipment industries. He spent nearly 10 years with Applied Materials’ PDC (Process Diagnostics and Control) business unit fulfilling various R&D, managerial and marketing positions. After leaving Applied Materials Dr. Kadyshevitch worked as VP R&D and Product Management for SATEC, a leading energy management solutions provider. Prior to joining El-Mul he has served for more than 3 years as a Product Manager in Orbotech, a leading manufacturer of automated optical inspection instrumentation for the microelectronics industry. Dr. Kadyshevitch holds a Ph.D. in physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science (1996).
Prof. Eli Cheifetz - Founder
Prof. Cheifetz, the founder of El-Mul Technologies, has over 30 years of academic and industrial experience. Prof. Cheifetz holds a Ph.D in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel (1969) and has been a professor of Physics at the Weizmann Institute since 1976.
Mr. Alon Drori - CFO
Mr. Drori has served as CFO and Human Resources Manager at El-Mul since 1992. Prior to El-Mul, Mr. Drori was head of the Foreign Exchange Department at Union Bank Israel. Mr. Drori holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the College of Management, Tel Aviv (1999), and a B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (1991).
Mr. Barak Lavi - Sales & Marketing Manager
Mr. Lavi has served as Business Development Manager at El-Mul since 2008. Prior to joining El Mul, Mr. Lavi served as Technical Support Manager at Quantomix Ltd. Mr. Lavi brings many years of experience from technical sales and customer support positions in Israel, New Zealand and other countries. He holds a M.Sc. in Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel (1994), and a diploma in Business Management from Henley Management College, United Kingdom (1998).
Dr. Amit Weingarten - R&D And Engineering Manager
Dr. Weingarten holds a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel, where he gained substantial experience with vacuum and detection systems. Dr. Weingarten worked as an R&D Project Manager at Nova Measurement Instruments Ltd.—a manufacturer of semiconductor metrology systems; as an R&D Systems Engineer in Orbotech’s PCB Division and as a Product Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Dr. Weingarten joined El-Mul in February 2011.
Dr. Dmitry Shur - Strategic Project Manager
Dr. Shur holds a Ph.D. in Electron Emission Physics from Tel Aviv University (1998). He brings with him more than 20 year experience in semiconductor capital equipment and other industries holding various technology, marketing, and managerial positions. Prior to joining El-Mul, Dr. Shur gained nearly ten years electron beam R&D and project management experience with Applied Materials (Process Diagnostics and Control division). Dr. Shur also served as a Product Line Manager for SATEC (energy management solutions provider), Product Manager for HP (Indigo Division), and System Engineering Manager for KLA-Tencor (Optical Metrology Division).
Ms. Tal Schon - HR Manager
Since 2017 Ms. Schon is serving as the Human Resources Manager in El-Mul. Prior to this, she has over 20 year’s experience in corporate account management and international commercial law. Ms. Schon holds a diploma in Mandarin studies from Hong Kong University, an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
Mr. Eli Kagan - Engineering Manager
Mr. Kagan joined El-Mul in 2011 and serves as Engineering Manager. He brings more than 10 years of experience from Applied Materials where he served as an R&D Mechanical Engineer, specializing in design of High Vacuum and High Voltage systems, and from Brightsource Solar Industries where he served as a Project Manager, specializing in IR Cameras and other equipment for solar fields. Mr. Kagan holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Riga University (Latvia).
Mr. Guy Ifrah - Quality Assurance Manager
Guy gained his experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Israel Aerospace Industries. Prior to this he worked in development and production roles as a Materials Engineer, holding several positions in the civil and military aviation industry.
Guy holds a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Beer – Sheva (1997). He has a Senior Auditor certification from the Standards Institute of Israel (2009) and a Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative (DMIR) certification from the Civil Aviation Authority of Israel (2016).
Mr. Anton Timopheev - Operations Manager
Mr. Timopheev has joined El-Mul in May 2023. He is a Mechatronics Practical Engineer (ORT Singalovsky College) and a Certified Quality Engineer (ALD College). He further obtained a certificate of Operational Excellence (Lean Israel Institute). He brings to El-Mul valuable experience serving as a Quality Engineer in the Israel Aerospace Industries (5 years), Director of Quality and Safety in Comtal Technologies (5 years) and Production Manager in Elbit Systems (3 years).
Ms. Noa Even-Tal - Customer Account Manager
Ms. Even-Tal joined El Mul in 2005 and has since held several positions within the company. Presently, Ms. Even-Tal serves as a Customer Account Manager.
Prior to joining El Mul, she worked in the United States in government entities and organizations in the fields of operations and public relations.
Ms. Even-Tal holds an M.A. and a B. A. in Communication Arts from NYIT University in New York.
